Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and serve you well:

• Order details — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone
• Payment data — processed securely by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers
• Account & contact data — anything you send us via forms or email
• Usage data — basic, anonymised information about how the site is used

How we use your data

We use your information to process and deliver orders, handle returns and support requests, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — share occasional news about new arrivals. We may use anonymised usage data to improve the site.

Legal basis

We process your data to fulfil our contract with you (your order), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), and on the basis of your consent (for marketing emails). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the partners needed to operate: our shipping carrier, our payment processor, and the platforms that host the site and send our emails. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We never sell your personal data.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag working and to understand site usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing.
